If you want to dish up fantastic pizza creations at home, you have to start from the bottom up. A great pizza dough is the foundation of a great pizza. This recipe is the shortcut version, no yeast, no dough hook attachment on your standing mixer, no long wait for rising.
The results yield a pizza crust both flaky and soft. The dough forms a pizza base that cuts into about 8 pizza slices.
