Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed greens
- ½ cup grape tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons pitted kalamata olives
- ¼ cup chickpeas
- 1 cucumber
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1.Halve the tomatoes, dice the cucumber, set aside.
2.Place half of the mixed greens in a large salad bowl.On top of the greens, layer 1 half of the tomatoes, olives, chickpeas, cucumber, feta, and sunflower seeds.
