Here is a recipe that is well suited for example for a party or other events of any kind.
Ingredients:
- 300g salmon fillet
- 1/2 onion
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp mustard
- Fresh coriander leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
Chop the onions finely and fry briefly glassy in some oil.
Then put them in a bowl and let them cool down.
Liberate the salmon from the skin and cut into small cubes.
Add the salmon to the onions and season it with honey, mustard, coriander, salt and pepper.
Garnish the tartare on baguette and serve it with a little horseradish and a coriander leaf.
