I'm definitely late to the party on this one. Shows how little I've been on Steem as of late.
I was raised in a Christian home as a child. My parents were both Pentecostals and heavily involved in church until I was twelve and as with many people they became burnt out, hurt, and stopped going; so, I wasn't in church during my teenage years. During this time I did read my Bible some and I did have an on-and-off prayer life. I had one amazing encounter during prayer when I was fourteen that basically was the only thing that anchored my faith until I got to college. During my third year in college I started attending a campus ministry, and it was through this where the change in my life really occurred and my relationship with God truly began. Everything after this is really just about the trials and journey we all go through, but my faith, love, and trust in God hasn't changed.
RE: What Is Your Religion? : I do not want to debate but I am very curious.
