Arturo's
It has been about three years since last visit to Arturo's not, because of a bad experience, but I just don't eat out often. The ambiance is comfortable and the warm inviting lighting was pleasant. The meal began with tomato, celery, cucumber and parsley on a crustini and the other was a black olive pate. To follow was Cesare salad which I was disappointed in to have wilted romaine lettuce and dressing that I could barely taste. The main course was Angus 8oz steak with a light cream sauce simmered in shrimp, crab, lobster and scallops served with bow tie pasta and regular sauce. The steak was cooked perfectly and made me ahhh to finally receive a steak that meets my standards. The sauce for the steak was excellent the way the shrimp adds irrefutable flavor and remarkable pairing contrast. The pasta was alright. I do like bow tie, however the sauce was just a sauce.. lacking background flavor and intensity I was expecting more from the Mediterranean Men. The woman who never eats dessert. "I'm sorry did you say , Ferrero Rocher cheesecake YES PLEASE" I was not disappointed the creamy cheese and multi level flavor was exact and the balance of sugar was superb I wouldn't change a thing excellent dessert. The most satisfying meal I think you can get in the Sault as I have been everywhere and no restaurant has been as good as Arturo's its all around a favorite restaurant for me.
