I finally hit level 75! My ability to get skill almost doubled with the new orchestral lessons unlocked. I also decided to go ahead and buy a few instruments to increase my skills. I have plenty to handle my fans, but drunken fans can reduce my Starbits on the longer missions. I'll have to start mixing in some new band member missions as well.
