If I go out for a run tomorrow, I'll make a milloin pounds and retire in two years.
Right, done it now. Got to go out or it'll never happen. It's the universal law of manifestation.
Four months ago I stopped running because of a knee strain/injury thing. I haven't done ANY form of deliberate recreational exercise since and I'm paying the price for it. Besides it's taken 3 months to get a referal to physio here in the UK, utterly shameful, the NHS is a mess and I can't rely on it to help me I become ill. I totally blame the politicians.
What's more, grunting to bend down and tie my shoelaces is not a sign of good health or sexy.
So I choose to become healthy and prevent any further premature decay, for my family, my health and welbeing, and to save the NHS the hastle of looking after me in my midlife to golden years.
Here's where I left off, lets see where I can get to in 2023
