Well I tried. 1st post covid run and all was going fine until the knee strain stopped play 🙄 NOT going to give up though 💪🏃🏻&zwj;♂️ 

Needed a screen break so went for a walk along the sea wall. Must say I feel really lucky to have all this just outside my office door.  

Unbelievable. All vaccinated and boosted up and I still get bloody Covid AGAIN. Propa bored of this. I don&rsquo;t do being I&rsquo;ll, it&rsquo;s a total waist of time in my books.
