What you say is not correct. In the Standard Model of cosmology (which is a strong assumption to start with), dark energy makes 70% of the universe, and normal matter (including antimatter) slightly less than 5%.

And I disagree with the next statement: quantum mechanics is very well understood today, at least by people who use it on an everyday basis.
