Today, I went to work to do some experiments, so I asked a colleague of mine to take pictures of me while working to show you a day in my life as a scientist. This post will be special to me because I am leaving the research life (for good) in two weeks.
My day in the laboratory
Here I was working with some cells under the biological hood
After that, I went to check the cells under the microscope. It is always good to check them to see how they are doing after adding the treatment. This is a very important step because, in case something went wrong, it allows me to notice any problem quickly.
Finally, when I made sure the cells look fine. I put them in the incubator to stay alive and happy until the treatment time is over.
