We are starting to get near the end of the Orgelbuchlein, with four more preludes to go until the end of the book. Then I get to learn the first BWV 599-612. Long way to go.
This particular prelude is deceivingly difficult. The chorale melody floats in the upper voice as quarter notes, while the lower three voices move at a sixteenth note rate. I like a slower tempo in it that reflects the prayerful meditation of the text, but those lower three voices are just awkward to play and it took a couple of recordings to just get to the end.
