Two Self-Improvement Books
BECAUSE IT'S TIME TO SPRING CLEAN YOUR LIVES
Greetings one and all. I hope you are having a good weekend. In today's post I'm going to leave you with two book recommendations that are both enlightening and useful. one of them, "Think And Grow Rich", I read a long time ago. It was written before I was born and has been a staple in the self-improvement world for decades. The other one, written not too long ago, is "The Slight Edge". I read it first last year, and have listened to it via Audible this year.
Think And Grow Rich
This is a personal development and self-help book by Napoleon Hill in 1937. I actually also read a book about the writing of this book, which was almost equally intriguing. Hill based the book on his study of the habits of successful people. He used said study to develop a sort of technique for other people to achieve greatness by adopting those traits and habits in their own lives. While I think the book wont work for everyone, because people are individuals, I do think the mindset change it encourages is life-changing for most that take it seriously.

The Slight Edge
This book was written by Jeff Olsen and also focuses on the habits of successful people like the previously discussed book. However, Olsen concentrates on the fact that it isn't large dramatic things that make a difference, but rather small, consistent and compounding actions that result in success.
