The STEEMFAST-JET was launched on the 9th of January this year to help promote an accelerated growth of the Ghanaian Steemit community. The white paper for this project was published on the 11th of January.
There were 22 members registered on the project prior to the publishing of the white paper. The administrators anticipated that admitting a large number may present technical difficulties since this was only the first time such a project was being rolled out for the community. It was therefore decided that the number was limited to 30 for the first phase of the project.
This prompted an announcement on our official server on discord which led to a rush immediately by members of the community to join the project. Several members unfortunately had their tokens refunded to them because the required number of 30 was reached before their registration tokens were received.
It has been a week now since its roll out and the administrators including the leader of the Ghanaian community have come to the following conclusions in order to make the program more transparent and clear for every participant;
- Each member shall receive equal value of post upvotes from all the 3 upvoting accounts for STEEMFAST-JET each day for the 7 days.
- Each participant shall send back 100% of all SBD payout contribution from the STEEMFAST-JET upvotes to
account on every Monday with the memo "sfj SBD".
This means that each participant shall endeavor to post at least one article a day. In case a participant is not able to post in any of the days, their upvote value shall either be used to vote their comment on another post or carried forward to future post.
Why 100% didn't we agree on 85%?
After running the program for a week we realized there are some technical challenges with that system which may cloud the idea of transparency and clarity in every activity of the project. There was therefore the need to simplify it to ensure that each participant can be able to track their progress as a result of the project.
So how do one calculate this new system in order to payback into the project?
The administrators shall help to calculate the payout for week 1 and week 2 and a training session shall be held on the discord channel to educate everyone on how it is calculated in order to promote transparency. The administrators will however, continue to calculate this payout after week 2 to avoid discrepancies in the payments.
Does that mean we won't get anything to cash out?
No!
100% of every penny you make aside the project is yours to keep. It is only the payout from STEEMFAST-JET that you would be obliged to send to account with the memo "SFJ SBD"
