Giving psychotropics to children is a mistake IMO. It's a difficult choice to turn back from, once made. Parents who have been convinced it's the right thing to do become emotionally invested in it. They're afraid to stop. I see this a lot in the autism community but as you see it's not limited to it. The fact that psychotropic use is a common denominator among mass shooters cannot be denied. The fact that public schools routinely push these mind altering pharmaceuticals on healthy young children for normal behavior infuriates me. The day my son's school tried this with me was the last day he attended. You see, by that time I had educated myself because my son had already been poisoned.
