In the Philippines we used meat of pork for this menu but since I am now in Muslim country , I use chicken breast for this menu.
For my ingredients
tofu
marinated chicken breast in oyster sauce
soysauce
vinegar
onion
sugar
Procedure:
I sliced tofu chicken and fried it . I used deep frying method.
For the sauce I used :
1 small cup of vinegar,
1/2 cup of soy sauce
2 pcs onion cuts into small pieces
2 tbsp of sugar
Then mixed everything in one dish plate. It is best served with rice porridge or can be eaten alone if you are on diet :)
