In today's modern world, people are so ambitious that they don't prefer to complete their sleep. Instead they cut off an hour or two from sleep and use those to fulfill their ambitions.
Is it really a great idea?
You get those extra hours, but you pay in spades later. You destroy your creativity, health, morale, relationships and attitude. Some consequences might lead you to sleep less for few days but it starts costing when this becomes a habit.
We facilitate our houses with housekeeping and make it clear everyday. Similar to that it turns out a great deal of housekeeping is taking place while we sleep.

Few points which can help us understand how worse we can make ourselves when we sleep less
- Sleep deprivation leads to serious health issues: According to an estimate, 90% of the people who suffer from lack of sleep also suffers from one more health issue
- Stubbornness: When you are tired, you are easily to get onto a bad path instead of reconsidering the route. This is the stubbornness which in turns lead to put more efforts to achieve one's goals.
- Lack of creativity: When you sleep less, creativity is the first thing that goes away from you. Making something 10 times effective does not require 10 times hard work, but require great creativity which require only 1/10 of the effort.
- Irritability: Your abilty to remain patient and tolerant is reduced when you are tired.
- Accident prone: Sleep deprivation was also a factor in 1979 nuclear accident at Three Mile Island and lots of other accidents happens on roads due to sleep deprivation.
- In case you are sick, chances of recovery becomes slower if you sleep for less time.
- Brain’s dedicated waste removal system[glymphatic system] and works primarily when we are asleep.
- Body losses immunity power: Early fatigue, less resistance
- Lack of sleep ages your skin reduces sex desire. There are hundreds of other things which gets worse if we does not sleep for proper hours(7-9).
