Autophagy (Self-Eating)

Fasting going on all over the world, Some people have problem to keep fasting and they think they will lost their health but this is not true. Two years earlier some one proved it and we believe science because it can proved and religious is believe. In 2016 Japan win Nobel Prize Mr. Yoshinori Ohsumi for Study of ‘Self-Eating’ Cells. He show that autophage physiological process in the body that eat the destruction cell of cell.

The term 'fasting' is in Persian. Its Arabic word is 'saum'. Refrain from the meaning of the word 'fast'. In the Shari'ah terminology, it is called as 'fasting' or 'fasting' to abstain from sexual intercourse with one's niyat along with it regularly from Sadiq to sunset. The fasting person will get two pleasures. A joy is the moment of iftar and the other is the moment of meeting with the Allaha. Now If you think what is the meaning of autophagy? 'Auto' is a Greek words that meaning 'self' and 'phagy' meaning eating, Autophagy = Self-Eating.

Most of the Muslim keep fasting, This time people practice Islamic activities like Prayer, Talking true, give charity and so on. I went one mosque to perform my prayer, What i find is good they design is little different then other mosque, they use one big dome in the middle so they can get natural light.

It has little garden mostly red rose. Not so so big but as you will enter in the mosque you will get natural rose smell and you will feel good. Just behind the garden have place to pray women(entry different then man), Most mosque don't design so.
