Всё прояснилось благодаря интернету. Оказывается, уже три года эта площадка официально называется «Площадью Разведчиков» и увенчана памятником «легендарному советскому разведчику». Ну что тут скажешь… у кого-то очень длинные руки… И вот теперь трактор-уборщик работает под надзором недремлющего, и очень бдительного ока.
