ingredients:
Natural yoghurt 200ml
Whole milk 200ml
8 strawberries
1 lemon
2 tablespoons sugar
3 ice cubes
Method of preparation
Start putting in a blender the yogurt and milk to which they pick up consistency. Then put the strawberries and sugar and beat well.
Place the lemon zest and ice and beat just to mix!
I used a strawberry cut lengthwise and a slice of lemon to decorate Sicilian.
Just cut them and make a small cut in the plumper of the strawberry and one of the lemon wedges so that they fit into the cup.
Drink fast because it is good to drink cold. This recipe yields 2 smoothie cups.
