Hey everyone, this is my first post, lets get right into the smoothie!
Ingredients
- 1 Ripped Mango
- 1 Banana
- 1 Apple
- 1 small Orange/half of one
- 1/2 cup of Oatmeal
- 5 tps of Yogurt
- 1 cup of Milk
Optional Ingredients to add!
- 1 large leaf of Kale
- 20 grams of Protein
- 10 Dark Chocolate Chips!
Make sure you blend the oatmeal thoroughly, a great way to satisfy your hunger!
