Good morning Steemit! I put together this green smoothie to try and give my skin some extra life. Being a mommy means that I always look a bit tired and my skin can use all the help it can get. This smoothie has green tea’s catechins to boost blood flow and oxygen to the skin, kale’s lutein and zeaxanthin that absorb and neutralize free radicals from UV light, and kiwi which is full of vitamin C to help stimulate collagen and synthesis making skin tighter and smoother. It also tastes good!
- 1 cup chilled green tea
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- Handful of kale
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
