As a Vietnamese people, everyone has eaten traditional yam soup cooked with shrimp or minced meat. The taste is very good with a bit of thorns and cilantro. But how to cook it with macrobiotic diet?
Material:
- Yam, cut / puree
- Dried mushrooms
- Seaweed
- Salt, soy sauce, pepper
- Onions, cilantro, cilantro
- Soybeans ferment natto
Depending on the diet of each person that we measure suitable.
Making:
Mushroom and ear half-hands soaked approx 30 minutes -1 hours (or overnight). Add water and simmer for 20 minutes. Take out seaweed if you do not like to eat.
Add minced yam, season with salt, cook for about 20 minutes until tender, soft. Pay attention to the small flames, stir to keep from burning and soak.
Arrange to add the soy sauce (tamari / shoyu), pepper and herbs. Before eating add natto soybeans
