Travel Diaries: A space to work and enjoy the city, Argentina (2023)

On my trip to Buenos Aires, I knew I needed accommodation that was not only comfortable but also suited my executive lifestyle, I came to participate in LaBitconf. This technology event would keep me busy, but I also wanted to make the most of my free time to explore the city. So, I looked for an Airbnb that was well-located and offered all the amenities I needed to be able to work and relax.

Choosing a good place in Buenos Aires required an early search, I must thank Hive account@luvilozada because she was one of the people who supported me in the accommodation search, for those days there was a Taylor Swift event, and we know, cities collapsed.

En mi viaje a Buenos Aires, sabía que necesitaba un alojamiento que no solo fuera cómodo, sino que también se adaptara a mi estilo de vida ejecutiva, vine para participar en LaBitconf , un evento de tecnología que me mantendría ocupada, pero también quería aprovechar al máximo mis tiempos libres para explorar la ciudad. Por eso, busqué un Airbnb que estuviera bien ubicado y que ofreciera todas las comodidades necesarias para poder trabajar y relajarse.

Escoger un buen lugar en Buenos Aires requirió una búsqueda anticipada, debo a agradecer a Hive account@luvilozada porque fue una de las personas que me apoyó en la búsqueda de hospedaje, para esos días hubo en evento de Taylor Swift, y los sabemos, las ciudades colapsan.

My first choice was a loft in the Palermo area, and I must say it was a wise decision, the loft had a small balcony overlooking the city, which gave it an exceptional and cozy touch.

What made this Airbnb a special place were the little details that made me feel welcome, the hosts were excellent, always willing to give me recommendations on places to visit in Buenos Aires, and providing me with a “white list” of suggestions of restaurants, bars, and places of interest. In addition, I was greeted with a bottle of wine as a welcoming gesture, which was a very nice touch.

Mi primera elección fue un loft en la zona de Palermo, y debo decir que fue una decisión acertada, el loft tenía un pequeño balcón con vistas a la ciudad, lo que le daba un toque muy especial y acogedor.

Lo que realmente hizo de este Airbnb un lugar especial fueron los pequeños detalles que me hicieron sentir bienvenida, los anfitriones fueron excelentes, siempre dispuestos a darme recomendaciones sobre lugares para visitar en Buenos Aires, proporcionándome una "lista blanca" de sugerencias de restaurantes, bares y sitios de interés. Además, me recibieron con una botella de vino como gesto de bienvenida, lo cual fue un detalle muy agradable.

What I liked most about this loft was how it became my haven to work and create. During my stay, I was able to shoot a video for my podcast, take branded photos, and make progress on other projects I was working on.

Grateful to coincide with this place.

Lo que más me gustó de este loft fue cómo se convirtió en mi refugio para trabajar y crear. Durante mi estadía, pude grabar un video para mi podcast, sacar fotografías de marca y avanzar en otros proyectos en los que estaba trabajando.
