Travel Diaries: New Airbnb, the last of this journey in Buenos Aires, Argentina (2023)

It was time to change Airbnb, and I must say that finding accommodation in Buenos Aires during Taylor Swift's visit was a real challenge; leaving everything to the last minute, getting a place that fit my needs was complicated, however, we finally arrived to a lovely Airbnb near a place called Plaza Mafalda (not to be confused with the famous Mafalda).

This new place turned out to be great, it was comfortable and cozy, just what I needed, one of my main goals was to be able to do laundry, and I was finally able to do it. The host's attention was excellent, and the atmosphere of the place was nice, the location was ideal: it had stores nearby, a supermarket right next door, and a flea market diagonal to the building. Everything I could wish for!

Bitácoras de Viaje: Nuevo Airbnb, el último de esta travesía en Buenos Aires, Argentina

Llegó el momento de cambiar de Airbnb, y debo decir que encontrar alojamiento en Buenos Aires durante la visita de Taylor Swift fue un verdadero desafío; al dejar todo para el último momento, conseguir un lugar que se ajustara a mis necesidades fue complicado, sin embargo, finalmente llegamos a un encantador Airbnb cerca de un sitio que se llama Plaza Mafalda (no confundir con la famosa Mafalda).

Este nuevo lugar resultó ser genial, era cómodo y acogedor, justo lo que necesitaba, uno de mis principales objetivos era poder lavar la ropa, y por fin pude hacerlo. La atención del anfitrión fue excelente, y el ambiente del lugar era realmente agradable, la ubicación era ideal: tenía comercios cercanos, un supermercado justo al lado y un mercadito de pulgas diagonal al edificio. ¡Todo lo que podía desear!

The Airbnb had a small balcony from where I could enjoy the views of the city, which was a great plus; I spent several days here before saying goodbye to the city and the country, and I can say that it was a wonderful experience, although it was a small environment, it was well designed and extremely comfortable, which made it the perfect space to work and rest.

El Airbnb contaba con un pequeño balcón desde donde podía disfrutar de las vistas de la ciudad, lo cual fue un gran plus; pasé varios días aquí antes de despedirme de la ciudad y del país, y puedo decir que fue una experiencia maravillosa, aunque era un ambiente pequeño, estaba bien diseñado y era sumamente cómodo, lo que lo convirtió en el espacio perfecto para trabajar y descansar.

I feel very grateful to have found this place that gave me the comfort and wellbeing I needed. Without a doubt, it was a pleasant chapter in my adventure in Argentina. :-) ✨
