I am trying something new these days. My sister in low challenged me to join her at a climbing training. I have never climbed before so I didn't know what to expect from it. I accepted because I like challenges and I thought it would be fun and also beneficial for my body (especially for my back which hurts from time to time).
I did it! Today I have finished my fifth training lesson. I still have seven more to do to complete the climbing course with our trainer. Is not as easy at it seems. I still have muscle soreness but things are getting better. I am very happy because my back doesn't hurt anymore. It just needed some workout apparently since I have been very busy with my two part-time jobs and I didn't make time to take care of my body.
It is important to workout or to do sports, any kind of sport you want. Find the one that you enjoy and take the challenges that are good for your health. Try the climbing if you have never done it before because you might find it interesting and a good stress reliever.
