Foot behind the head pose or Eka Pada Sirsasana
This is a bit advanced yoga pose, or if it's something who we can all that... You will need some times to be so relaxed or flexible to get your foots behind your head. It'd also much technique.
This is some of the benefits doing this pose... Looks kind of strange ye...
-This pose stretches the hamstrings, glutes, psoas, and hip.
-increases the blood flow especially in your back. With the increased blood flow toxins are removed that accumulate
-Strengthens the back and back
-Removes stiffness as spine is stretched up to the tail-bone
-And lowering stress and anxiety
-And massaging the internal organs.
