Hello Steemit friends! Yesterday I had my first session yoga and I loved it! I have to admit that I really got out of shape because of work and school I have not had the time for working out. Now that summer is here I would like to have some of my muscles back :D
Before I have done some pilates but I somehow lost my motivation. The truth is I needed something new, so I tried yoga.
As I want to get fit again I know that a healthy diet is very important! I start my day with a bowl filled with vitamines.
