Why all SPORTS holders can give out huge upvotes?

Just went through the #sportstalk and found one post with 3000+ SPORTS but only one upvote.

Then I checked his staked SPORTS balance, it's only 15 SPORTS! 15 SPORTS can give out 3000+ SPORTS upvote? It's insane!

Then I checked the total staked balance, realized why the upvote is so huge.

There are only 441 staked SPORTS, so that means, if you own 15 SPORTS, you own 3.4% of the total upvote value.

So just need few staked SPORTS, you will have upvote value a lot more than you current have.

No wonder why the price of SPORTS is so high because it's so rare and give out huge upvote value.

But as authors receive their first payout, the price and the voting value will dropping dramatically.
