I'm not here to tell you to become a Navy Seal but I'm telling you if you want to change your body, to change your life (and a lot of times they ARE synonymous since for many keeping fit and healthy becomes an anchor and also helps exercise the discipline muscle), you have to take the first step. Do something radical, something you never thought you would do. But don't do anything irrational. Be in it for the long game and in the long run you WILL see progress. Whoever you are out there, know that I believe in you. You can do this.
