Matteo Darmian remains insecure over his position and game-time at Manchester United despite the fact that his main contender at the right back wing, Antonio Valencia is out of the squad on injury.
Valencia and the club new man Diogo Dalot have both been out of selection for the club for their tour in the International Champions Cup as Darmian was fielded to face AC Milan.
Upon the defender Darmian being given the privileged to wear the captain hand band against the Italian team, he is still determined to exit Old Traford before the transfer window closes because of the uncertainty in Valencia's injury.
"I doubt Antonio's injury is something I can rely on to stay, it is nothing big. Meanwhile, I still remember that he is the captain of the team and will surely take his spot whenever he returns. I need to play regularly too." Darmian said.
