I'm fine with this, EXCEPT I do not think there should be a minimum card level. Doing so makes it 100% pay to play. If I'm a good enough player to win decently in silver with bronze cards then why am I penalized to be forced to play in bronze or pony up to buy cards to play in silver. There needs to be no minimum card level so that skill is still a thing.
