Hello sporty Steemians,
another day another workout.
After a weekend off, I need to work even harder!
Today we will doing a booty workout. TABATA at it’s finest
(Tabata= 4 minutes in total, 20 sec full power 10 sec relaxing. Swapping 2 exercises)
1st TABATA squat jump & lunges
2nd TABATA sumo squat & sumo jump
3rd TABATA split jump & leg cross
4th TABATA pistols left & pistol right
