Here is my prep for dinner: frozen broccoli, chicken tenders, canned string beans rinsed thoroughly, onion and red bell pepper diced, seasoning: soul food seasoning, garlic pepper and canjun seasoning.
in large frying pan 3 tbsp. of olive oil to sauteed tenders. then I removed tenders to sauteed the bell peppers and onions, then on one side of the pan I added the broccoli, on the other side the string beans, placed tenders on top of vegetables pour in 4 ounces of water and let steamed for 15 minutes
My son n law and brother wanted string beans, my daughter and I decided on broccoli. Since I am watching my calories intake and the one doing the cooking everyone in the house is eating healthier meals, here is a picture of my dinner. 305 calories.
