My 2nd day of exercising, I ended up doing 10 minutes of aerobics, I know it's going to take me awhile getting used to exercising on a daily basic, and soon I will be able to go for twenty minutes, I am pacing myself because I don't want to overwork my heart. I have not exercise for over 30 years, so I am determined to whipped my body back into shape, I stretched first, all I could hear was the crackling sounds made from the stiffness in my bones, all I have been drinking for the past two days is water. No coffee, tea or pop, I missed them and then I don't, I just want to take a couple of weeks away from caffeine. I will be reporting in tomorrow, I am determined to eat something for breakfast or lunch.
