Material:
- 500 grams of young jackfruit
- 800 ml of coconut milk from 1 coconut
Blend:
- 7 grains of red onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon grain pepper
- 1 tbsp tempe Semangit
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar slice
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 thumb galangal, crushing
- 5 pieces of tofu
How to make:
Peel the young jackfruit, remove the middle part. Then chop roughly young jackfruit meat. Steamed until cooked. Then lift.
Mix the coconut milk with fine spices, bay leaves and galangal. Boil over medium heat while stirring occasionally.
Enter the boiled young jackfruit and the tofu slices. Cook over low heat until the spices soak and coconut milk slightly thick. Then lift. Sprinkle with fried onions. And vegetable gori ready to serve.
Tips.
Tempe is the tempeh that is kept at room temperature for 2-3 days. In this condition the tempe has become soft due to over fermentation and distinctive flavor.
