Balls or squares of Cauliflower
Ingredients
for 10 servings balls or cauliflower squares
½ Large cauliflower
1 Medium onion
1/2 teaspoon of provincial herbs
1 medium garlic clove
3 Tablespoons Chickpea Flour
4 Tablespoons Wheat flour
1 Teaspoon of Edible Yeast
Olive oil as necessary
1/2 Tablespoon Ginger powder
1/2 Teaspoon of Curry
1 Pinch of salt and pepper
1.- The first thing you must do to make the balls is to separate the flowers from the cauliflower. Then, put them in a large pan and deep with half water and a stream of olive oil. Cover the pan and cook the flowers until soft, then drain and set aside.
2.- Sauté finely chopped onion with a teaspoon of provence herbs. You should cook these ingredients also in olive oil. Once the onion turns transparent, add the peeled and crushed garlic, let cook one more minute.
The coliflor has to be drained with the hand to get more liquid from them.
Now that these ingredients are cooked, it is time to integrate all the other ingredients and with the hand to make the dough and once it is without sticking it is time to make the balls or in squares I use a silicone mold and I make them as if they were for a bite.
Here we have a frying pan for frying at medium heat in little oil. Just seal the balls and then pass them to a preheated oven at 320 degrees F for about 15 minutes to finish cooking and until they are well done and observe that a crusty crust has formed up and down.
