When I was in Lisbon last week they offered ceviche everywhere and I was really curious how you would prepare it and what you would use to replace the fishies! Very nice job - especially because it's simple and easy to prepare. We all lack time on a regular weekday and want a a quick but delicious meal. So, that's wonderful!
