Already 8 entries received for the Steemit Iron Chef 2017 Week #02!...

Greetings my lovely steemians!

Welcome back to @steeimit-ironchef daily post! It looks like all our Steemit Iron Chef contestants are busy cooking the carrots this week!

Do you know that we already received 8 entries so far with 2 new contestants joining the league!? Remember for the first week we had a record of 22 entries...will this record be beaten!? Hmmm well let's wait and see!

I know the last 2 days there will be tons of entries same like the first week! I am preparing , myself for that this time!

So let us check the entries received up to now! Please everyone do check each others post and give some support! Some entries are getting curated by Hive account@curie and Hive account@hendrikdegrote, and others are not, would be great if we support each other, i really count on you guys!
Don't forget, we foodies are the most generous persons normally!

As usual we have our early bird Hive account@alinalisa who was the first one to send her entry for the second week! A nice carrot soup with a hint of ginger...just great for the winter time coming up the northern hemisphere!

Next one is a full meal prepared by Hive account@thekitchenfairy! What a super tasty one, i just invite you guys to check this one out! You will find how to make pasta if you do not have a machine!

Hive account@chefsteve is back again with an amazing creation! What a dish my friend...using the top of carrots for pesto is really a super creative idea! Carrots Schnitzel...who would have thought about this one!

The first newcomer for this week is Hive account@ceciliaencasa! She made a simple but sweet drink fro carrots! I really appreciate her interest in joining steemit iron chef! Still a couple of thing to fine tune and she'll be ready to do great things here!

Then we have Hive account@gardengirlcanada back for the second week after missing the valid point on the first one! Now she did it right and scored her first point! I love the simplicity in making this tasty and refreshing carrot apple salad! check it out!

I just felt so much pleasure discovering the dessert she prepared and mind you it was for her first time! It is called Sklandrauši, and is a traditional Latvian dessert! Check the post out for more info on this lovely dish!
