The experiment started this spring, here on the hills near Pisa - Tuscany (Italy) where I live.
It's not plain organic agriculture, but a special kind of technique called synergistic gardening closely related to the Permaculture principles.

We didn't use pesticides, manure, not even fertilizers.
No machine was required, just our hard work with hoes!
Preparing the terrain
So we created two "beds" of terrain and three furrows to gather rain water
It took us 8 hours of hoe work!
