So these 2" thick Alberta Triple A Rib Eyes were coated in pink salt on all sides and put in the oven at 300 F for about 45 min until internal temp was in the 120s F.

While the steaks are warming gently in the oven, the trusty cast iron skillet is brought to temp as well in the oven then placed on HIGH heat in preparation for the searing that is about to commence. =) I seared on all sides for 30 seconds twice around to get the results below.
Backtracking a little bit here but I do my bacon in the oven, foolproof method is to put your bacon on a rack on a aluminum foil lined cookie sheet (I know I ran out this time lol), put it in a COLD oven at 400* F for 20 minutes. Check at 15 minutes your first attempt to get a feel for your oven's quirks. The only bacon I eat is Harvest thick cut bacon, you can throw the rest in the bush.
Cook to desired crispness, I like my bacon as stiff as my dick.
Salad was hearts of romain, a lb of Harvest thick cut bacon, a jar of Renee's Mighty Ceasar, a bag of ceasar croutons and we forgot the parmesan flakes in the fridge. Lol
