Most of us were introduced to Steemit by someone else who told us about it. I came to Steemit in December 2016 and I didn't know absolutely anything about this platform. I had a few people who gave me instructions how to post so I introduced myself in my first post ever. Every beginning is hard, but I learned that patience, persistence, communication and team building are the main keys to every success! Great satisfaction comes from sharing content with others, so the first rule here on Steemit is to appreciate what others do, support people who want to improve themselves and the most important rule-you shouldn't be selfish!It is important to acquire and improve communication skills, it helps in spreading knowledge and sharing experiences that we introduce to people on Steemit! There are so many new users on Steemit, so we should help them to understand Steemit community better and give them a chance so they can promote themselves too.
