Gooooooooood Morning lovelies and dearest foodies 😘.
It is such a beautiful Monday morning and I am up already with my meal. What do you have this time? I hear you say. It is a quick fix for the day and something you can whip up in a moment especially with the Monday rush.
Below is Veggies stew with boiled twist. Yes sweetest hearts, veggies stew with boiled twist!.... All you have to do are these
Boil the twist in a separate pot.
Make the ingredients ready for the stew - chopped carrots, green beans, tin tomatoes, seasoning cubes, ground crayfish, fresh pepper, salt, curry, groundnut oil and onions.
Bleach the groundnut oil for three minutes, add curry and allow to bleach with the oil for a minute, fry the onions in the oil until the onion turns a bit of white. Add the opened canned tomatoes to the onions and fry. Fry the tomatoes until dark red in colour almost as if getting burn but not, this way, it removes the sour taste of the tomatoes from the stew. While frying the tomatoes with the stew (until dark red) add some water, a bit to make a paste. With the paste, crush seasoning cubes into it and crayfish, bring to boil. Check on the paste, if it is drying up, add a bit of more water to it and boil for two. Add the carrots and allow to cook until tender not overly cooked, let it still have some of its crunchy feel. When the carrots is tender, put in the green beans and cook with the carrots for three minutes. The green pepper, fresh pepper and salt come last to retain taste and hotness. Serve with the boiled twist.
