This cooking ducks

Ingredients:
Duck — 1 PC.
Oranges - 3 PCs.
Green Apple - 2 PCs.
Mandarin - 1 PC.
Ginger — 5 grams.
Garlic - 2 tooth.
Honey — 2 tsp
Garlic - 2 tooth.
Salt - to taste;
Pepper - to taste;

Preparation:
The duck a good wash, dry.
Squeeze the juice from 2 oranges and pour the duck. Leave for a day to marinate in the fridge.
Ginger RUB on a small grater.
In a bowl add ginger, salt, pepper, honey, orange juice.
24 hours to get the duck, RUB the skin with garlic. Thoroughly lubricate the duck with marinade inside and out.
Chop the apples into slices, Mandarin orange cut in half. To stuff the duck. To pierce under the wings. Leave for another 20 min in the fridge.
Wrap the duck in foil. And send in preheated oven for 90 minutes at 160 gr. breast down. After an hour turn over. (The breast is juicy)
Then remove foil. Again put the bird into the oven at 180 and cook until tender, about another hour. (It depends on the weight of the duck). Constantly turning over the duck and pour the released juice. (The willingness of birds to test with a sharp knife. When you puncture the meat should be soft and out of the hole to stand clear liquid, no blood)
The finished bird out onto a plate, garnish with slices of orange.
