Had some good friends and fellow Steem-Os over today for a small get together.
Though the weather had been cool and rainy on the days leading up to yesterday’s BBQ, we were blessed with some warm weather and sunshine.
My wife, , and I don’t do stuff like this too often (host gatherings, etc) so we were a bit nervous as to how everything would turn out.
When all was said and done, however, I think it was a big success. A lot of close friends and family chilling out, talking, and enjoying the sun. I didn’t manage to snap a photo of , but he and his family came out as well!

Kazaoka-san on the grill.
I was really happy to see the kids all get together, and to see my son, Isaiah, really enjoying his new house and the surrounding space and nature with his buddies. That kind of time is worth more than gold.
Now that this big long party weekend is over (I went to a friend’s surprise birthday party the night before, thus the quite inebriated post! 😅) I need to rest up and get ready to get back down to business.
Thanks to everyone who came out!
And thanks for stopping by, dear reader!
