Today is a special day! Especially for STEEMIT I decided to prepare a special pie. Pie includes only 4 ingredients. Preparing the cake easily and quickly. To prepare it can absolutely everyone.

Ingredients:

Dough:

Butter - 1 pack;

Sugar - 250 g;

Flour - 1 or 1,5 glasses;

Oat-flakes - 3 glasses.

Filling:

Cherry - 250 g;

Blackcurrant - 200 g.

(The filling can be anything that you like). I experimented with different toppings such as kiwi fruit, banana, red currants, raspberries, strawberries. And every time a special taste.

Preparation:

Mix sugar and butter.

Then add the flour and oat-flakes. Mix all.

Divide the dough into two parts. The one part of them is larger. Then the larger part of the dough put a baking sheet thin layer.

To spread the filling on the dough like this))

Above the filling put the rest of the test.

We put in the oven to 200 ° C and wait. Cake is preparing for 20 minutes.

Our pie cooked.
