For kadhi Ingtrediants
- yogourt 1/2kg
2)ginger &garlic 1/2 tablespoon
3)gram flour 1 cup
4 ) oil 1cup - tomatoes 2 medium sized chopped
- red chilli powder 2 tablespoon
- salt 2tbs
- turmeric 1tbs
- garam Masla powder 1tbs
10 ) water 1 glass - jug of water extra to make the curry
Ingredants for Pkorda
potato half kg and less then half kg as u like
salt add as ur need
red chili as u need
black paper
gram flour 7 to 8 small mugs
oninon 2medium sized
Fresh coriander 1cup
Dry pomegranate 2tbs
Water as much required
Method
● first beat the yogurt in a bowl.mix in gram flour and tumeric . Mix until there are no lumps .Add 3 cups of water and blend it well
● heat oil add the onions and cook so they get soft , then add the ginger &garglic paste and fry till they get golden on high flame .
● now add tomatoes salt , red chilli powder mix cook on high flame till oil comes on the surface and the masla is made
● then add yogurt and gram flour mixture and also add 1 jug water mix it well and wait for boil and now cook on low flame for 20 to 25 minutes khadi is ready
For pokdha method
● in a bowl add the gram flour all the spices , onion , green chilli add and also add water mix it well
● heat the oil add the batter and make pokdha fry them on medium flame till golden last add the garam masla and enjoy
● after that add these pokdhas in to kadhi and enjoy
