The other day I received an invitation from
Hive account@englishtchrivy to participate in the competition. To which, of course, agreed.
And so, here is my competitive soup)))

INGREDIENTS:

1. The meat (I had the pork) - 1 kg
2. Rice - 100 g dry
3. Potatoes - 3 pcs
4. Onions - 1 pc
5. Carrots - 1 pc
6. Green olives - 1 pack 150g
7. Pickles - 2 pcs large
8. Garlic - 3 cloves
9. Tomatoes in own juice - 1 jar
10. Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
11. Spices (salt, pepper, sweet peas, bay leaf, chilli pepper, dried dill and parsley).
12. Cabbage - 200-300 gr
PREPARATION:
1. Meat wash and put in water. Add the water salt, pepper, sweet peas, bay leaf.

2. While the meat is cooked, it is necessary to add water rice to excess starch is gone from it.
3. When our broth is cooked, add the washed rice in it, sliced potatoes, canned tomatoes and tomato paste.
4. As long as all the ingredients are cooked, I rub on grated carrots and put in a pan with butter. Add the carrot salt and dried spices.

5. Cut the onion and add it to the carrot to the pan and fry all together. Add the fried carrots and onions to the broth.



6. Cut the cabbage and add it to the broth.

7. Cut the olives and add them to the broth.

8. Cut pickles and also add them to the broth.

9. Meat chop. We grind the garlic grater. Adding it all in the broth. Cook the soup for another 5 minutes and turn off. Give the brew for about 15-20 mint. All!. The soup is ready for serving.
