Cutting Out Potatoes

well, the girls are home! How do I know this? Even if I hadn't driving all over New England for hours picking them up, the trip to the grocery store, and emptying my bank account would be a huge clue! Sweet little things.. but, they manage to eat a huge amount of Fruit and Veggies! I expect another trip Monday! They asked for a few dinners for starters. Tonight, a stir fry and tomorrow a Beef French Dip.

Asian Stir Fry

A buy already marinated sausage, usually about 2 pounds.
I cook brown rice, about a cup.
Veggies, for me, some snow peas, carrot, little bit of onion.
Whatever I have left, goes in.
also, fry an egg in.

All combined, high heat and stir together!
