Ingredients:
For the mass:
⢠500 g of flour.
⢠5g of instant yeast.
⢠50 ml of water.
⢠50g of milk powder.
⢠175g of sugar.
⢠10g of salt.
⢠50g of margarine.
ā¢1 egg.
⢠1 tablespoon of butter essence.
For the filling
⢠250g of ham cut into pieces.
Elaboration:
In a small cup place the yeast with water, sugar and a teaspoon of sugar, let stand for 10 minutes. In a boll sift the flour, add the sugar, milk, salt, egg and margarine mix all the ingredients and finally add the yeast with the remaining water, knead for a period of 20 minutes and let stand for 10 minutes before using mass. Spread the dough with a rolling pin and cut several triangles before using, fill with the ham and roll up the triangle, place the preparation in a previously greased tray, let it rest for 10 minutes until its size becomes visible. Bring to bake for 20 minutes. List the preparation to taste.
