Round four and the four of our runners have completed a marathon. Now they face the biggest challenge of the race - the Tip Track.
Commentary
The lead runners are jockeying for position as they start the torture that in the climb up the Tip Track. With legs burning and hearts pounding, they will have to run to the top, and back down again. this can be as hard on the mind as it is on the legs.
With everyone having health damage, and the best part of 20kms still to go, this is where legends are made. Who can tough it out and take the lead going into the final stage of the race?
Check in tomorrow for the next post. The time has come for you to play your best card.
